Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable stay, from the cheerful front desk personnel like Misha, to the friendly shuttle drivers who provided helpful recommendations for dining. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms were spacious, featuring a small kitchen with a microwave oven. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the convenience of having two bathrooms, a sitting area, and a kitchen in my room. The location of the hotel in a quiet area provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring.

No improvements needed, everything was spot-on!

Huge suite with two proper bedrooms and excellent bathrooms. Enormous and comfortable bed. Comfy living area with good sofa bed. Convenient location near Reston Town Center. Nice soft bed and big suite. Easy to find. Adequate breakfast. Excellent, clean, and spacious rooms. Nice and substantial breakfast options. Great evening social and free shuttle service. Fantastic, value for money stay.

It's typical hotel, though the breakfast here is tasty and staff are pleasant.

Very central location close to the train, other resturants, a movie theater, it was in a great area. It was surely a great stay on a business trip.

Liked almost every detail, including staff and location, they were great. The room was quiet with double beds, had wake-up service, that's cool. It was quiet, we spent 2 nights.

Truly enjoyed our really great stay on vacation. The breakfast was outstanding with an omlette station, and the food was excellent. The staff were polite, we had a smooth check in and an easy check-out.

The Hyatt House in Herndon provides great amenities such as free parking, a convenient bag mover, spacious rooms, and a well-stocked laundromatte. The staff, especially Chad, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring the area.

I was given stocked and airy room just how expected it to be with a comfortable bed, a couch, fireplace. Top-class, decent staff who was willing to help.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House in Northern Virginia for a week-long business trip. The property was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. However, the standout feature was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also a delightful surprise, with a hot and delicious spread that exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

Very tasty breakfast, marvellous location and fantastic staff. I had a suite it was well laid out. Relaxing hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown. Pool was great and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Additionally, the omelettes made during our stay were absolutely delicious! Don’t have any issues at all.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius and a complimentary breakfast with hot and cold options.

One downside was that the water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head didn't have different spray options, making it difficult to wash long hair. Another issue was the lack of kitchen supplies, such as sharp knives and a sponge or scrub brush for washing dishes by hand.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the silver line Wiehle-Reston metro station. Furthermore, the hotel facilities and parking were great, and we had no problems with transportation. We were able to enjoy the fantastic complimentary breakfast and the courteous and attentive staff made our stay even more comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and come with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable beds, and the pool area and common spaces are great facilities to enjoy. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of food choices and a made-to-order omelet station.

The hotel could improve their maintenance and upkeep, as some guests complained about broken fixtures in their rooms.
